Discovering Pilates has been life changing for me; and I'm so very happy to be able to share this with others in classes.
The beauty in Pilates is that it’s gentle and hard at the same time. It can be elegant, intense, playful, meditative, it can be different every time.
The benefits, however, will remain consistent: improved strength, increased body awareness, better balance, greater mobility and flexibility, elevated mood. It is transformative.
During the class I will guide you through the moves and help you get into perfect alignment, both in body and mind. I will encourage you to work with your body - we're not aiming to be perfect, we're aiming to be better than yesterday.
The class is suitable for all levels.
