Welcome to our Circuit Training community class at Jimme! Circuit training is a dynamic and versatile workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular exercise in a circuit format.
In our circuit training sessions, you'll rotate through a series of stations, each focusing on a different exercise or activity.
From bodyweight exercises to resistance training and everything in between, our circuit workouts are designed to target multiple muscle groups and provide a full-body workout.

The Workouts will be on Tuesday 12:00 and Thursday 12:00.
