My name is Sem, a fitness and bootcamp trainer. I have been involved in the world of fitness and outdoor sports for several years, during which I have developed a deep passion for the human body. As a trainer, I have learned how to push someone's limits while making sure they still have fun. I aim to provide high-quality, challenging, and enjoyable training sessions. Therefore, the three key points of my classes are fitness, fun, and accessibility.
My goal has always been to educate myself as broadly as possible and to develop my own vision. In this way, I can help every target group achieve their goals.
